The unit has a powerful pump and two removable filters, the first filter (Hybrid Filter) removes organic material, pesticides & larger physical particles - This is an Active Carbon Filtration Process.

The Second Filter is a Reverse Osmosis Filter. It is a filter comprising of a membrane with nano-sized pores (0.001 Microns). This Filter will prevent bacteria, viruses, heavy metals, sugars, limescale, soap scum & any object greater than the pore size passing through into the drinking water. The result is water more pure than would be obtained in a metropolitan water network - what this means is water from polluted areas such as sheep troughs & puddles of water can be a source of pure and safe drinking water.

Starting with a full charge, the unit will produce up to 7 gallons of drinking water. The Unit will produce 500mL of drinking water per minute.

7 gallons of drinking water can keep 13 people with sufficient water for one day.

Filters on the unit have an operating life between 600-800 gallons, this can vary depending on the quality of the water being filtered.

A small flashing orange light will show when a filter has reached its capacity. The filter should be replaced at this time.

The unit has 2x 6000mAh internal lithium batteries that are charged with a USB-C charging port.

It is possible to charge the unit with a solar panel, cigarette lighter etc… This makes the unit completely functional for extended periods in off grid situations. A full charge can take approximately 4 hours.

It is always wise to carry a spare replacement filter. We recommend at least one set of filters, and better, two sets of replacement filters be carried with you in remote locations.
